Issue: A new EZ release feature on the ratchet (manufactured by Safeway Sling) has the potential to un-secure the ratchet while in the locked position.

Issue: The PLC on your Sur-Fill Automated Cylinder Filling System is not operational.

Solution: Weldcoa's Sur-Fill Automated Cylinder Filling System offers an optional Manual Pendant (MP) that acts as a backup in the event the automation fails.

Each manual pendant (pictured left) is manufactured for a particular station on the fill island. They are not interchangeable, each MP has a specific function that can only be used in it's designated station. Currently, not one MP that has ever been sold has been used.

Mix gas and straight gas pendant manuals are available upon request

Issue: The Department of Transportation (DOT) and its agency the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) have ramped-up enforcement policies surrounding transportation of hazardous materials.

Solution: The Weldcoa Instaload pallet system complies with the requirements of 49 CRF 393.102 for the purpose of transporting compressed gas cylinders.
